Create/Edit Hierarchy: Descriptions

Lists, adds, or modifies the descriptive metadata associated with a hierarchy.

The Name column lists the hierarchy and its classifications.

The Language columns lists the values of the classifications for each language implemented.

To add or delete a language or to modify a value for a language, click Modify Languages.

To add language:

1. Move the language from Available Languages to Selected Languages.

2. Click OK.

To delete a language, move it from Selected Languages to Available Languages.

To delete language:

1. Move the language from Selected Languages to Available Languages.

2. Click OK.

To add or modify the value of a classification:

1. In the column for a language, double-click the value of the classification to add or modify.

2. In the active editing field, add a value or revise the existing value.
